About the role
An employer signs up, posts one job, and then either builds their hiring around LonAdd or quietly goes back to spreadsheets. You own which one happens.
You'll take a book of employer accounts from onboarding through their first hire and beyond — training recruiters who may never have used an ATS, spotting the accounts going quiet before they churn, and carrying what you learn back to product.
What you'll do
- Onboard new employers: workspace setup, branding, first job posting, and training their team
- Own a book of accounts through renewal — you're the person they message when something's wrong
- Watch usage for the early signals of an account drifting, and act before it's a renewal conversation
- Run structured check-ins that produce actions, not status updates
- Be the clearest internal voice for what customers actually struggle with
Who you'll work with
You'll report to the Head of Operations and work alongside sales and product.
How we work
Fully remote, with occasional on-site visits to Addis-based customers. Expect real ownership of your accounts rather than a script to follow.
What we're looking for
- 3+ years in customer success or account management, ideally B2B SaaS
- Comfort training non-technical users
