How LonAdd handles account details, applications, and product usage when you apply for roles or use the candidate portal.
What we collect
Account names and emails, job applications (resume, answers, optional cover letter), and product usage needed to run hiring workflows.
Who sees it
Recruiters see candidates who apply to their jobs. Workspace owners, admins and recruiters can also see that you have a candidate account — your name, email, when you joined and were last active, and whether you have applied to their jobs — but not your profile or applications elsewhere. They can suspend an account, which blocks sign-in and applying until it is reinstated, and owners and admins can close one. Candidates see their own profile and application status. We do not sell personal data.
Retention
Interviews, scorecards, and resumes are kept for the life of the hiring process and a limited window after a role closes. Workspace admins can request deletion.
Your choices
You can ask to update or delete your account by contacting your workspace admin at LonAdd.
