Sales Executive

Most Ethiopian employers are hiring without any dedicated tooling. That's the opportunity and the difficulty: you're rarely displacing a competitor, you're making the case that a better process is worth paying for.

You'll run outbound to employers, give the demo, handle procurement, and close annual seat contracts. This is early-stage sales — you'll help work out which segments convert rather than inheriting a finished playbook.

What you'll do

• Build and work your own pipeline of employer prospects across Addis Ababa and beyond
• Run discovery that surfaces how a company hires today, then demo against that reality
• Own deals end to end — proposal, procurement, negotiation, signature
• Hand accounts to Customer Success with the context they need to onboard well
• Feed objections and lost-deal reasons back to product and marketing

Who you'll work with

You'll report to the Head of Sales and work closely with marketing on lead quality and with Customer Success at handover.

How we work

Hybrid from Addis Ababa, with regular client visits. Amharic and English are both used daily with customers.
